Ingredients

8 slices
Italian bread
1/4 cup
Land O Lakes® Butter , softened
1/3 cup
Fig spread
8 (3/4-ounce) slices
Land O Lakes® Italian Blend Cheese Product
2 ounces
Prosciutto, thick sliced
1 cup
Arugula

Directions

  1. Spread 1 side of each bread slice with butter and other side with fig spread. Layer with 1 slice Italian Blend, prosciutto, arugula, and 1 slice cheese. For each sandwich begin with 1 slice of bread with fig side up. Top with remaining bread slice, buttered side up.
  2. Grill sandwiches, turning once, 5 to 9 minutes or until golden brown and cheese is melted. Serve warm.
