Ingredients

1 (8-ounce) each
Hamburger patty, grilled
1 each
Hamburger bun, toasted
1 (3/4-ounce) slice
Alpine Lace® Interleaf Readi-Pac® 25% Reduced Fat Swiss
1 tablespoon
Mayonnaise
1 each
Tomato slice
1/4 cup
Creamy coleslaw, drained
2 tablespoons
Barbeque sauce
1 each
Lettuce leaf

Directions

  1. Combine mayonnaise and barbeque sauce.
  2. Spread cut sides of bun with 1 1/2 tablespoons barbeque/mayonnaise mixture.
  3. Place Swiss Cheese slice on burger.
  4. Layer bottom half of bun with lettuce leaf, tomato slice, burger, coleslaw and top half of bun.
