Ingredients

GARNISH INGREDIENTS
LAND O LAKES® Cinnamon Sugar Butter 4 tablespoons
Spread, melted
(2/3 cup)
Pecans, coarsely chopped
(1/2 cup)
Green onions, sliced
POTATO INGREDIENTS
(yams, canned, drained, #10 can)
Sweet potatoes or
mashed
LAND O LAKES® Cinnamon Sugar Butter 2/3 cup
Spread
(1 teaspoon)
Orange zest, freshly grated
(2 teaspoons)
Salt
(2 teaspoons)
Pepper

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 375°F. Mix pecans and melted butter together, spread on parchmentlined 1/2 sheet pan; bake, stirring once, until nuts are caramelized. Remove nuts from oven;spread in even layer. Cool completely.
  2. Mix together all remaining potato ingredients, until smooth.
  3. Spoon potato mixture into lightly greased 5 ounce ramekins or a ½ hotel pan.Cover; bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until 165°F and beginning to brown.
  4. Just before serving, sprinkle potatoes with caramelized pecans and green onions. TIP :To make ahead, prepare sweet potato mixture and portion.
