It was Good, but not the best. In the middle it was dry and the sides were somewhat soggy. Had good taste.
I baked it for about 90 seconds and used a non-dairy milk and buttery spread.
This mug cake was very good! It was perfect to satisfy my sweet tooth. I did add additional milk, using 2 tbsp instead of one. I microwaved for about 80 seconds (I think a little too long) and it came out a little dry, so I added some more milk after cooking and mixed it around. It was delicious. I also added in some chocolate chips since I didn't have any sprinkles on hand.
It tasted like a no sugar pancake batter. Just add a lot of icing/cool whip
I made this for my dad as a treat- delicious! I definitely do not recommend adding in sprinkles to your batter, unless it is a solid color of sprinkles. It changes the color of the whole cake! Other than that, this is an amazing recipe and I would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants a quick and yummy treat!! :)
I didn't have the EXACT measures, but this was delicious! I do recommend putting the sprinkles on AFTERWARD!!
Not my favorite cake in a cup recipe but still pretty good, great for non chocolate lover.
