12 (3/4-ounce) slices Land O Lakes® Deli American
8 slices white bread
3 tablespoons Land O Lakes® Butter softened
Spread 1 side of each bread slice with butter.
Layer 4 slices bread, buttered-side down, with 3 slices cheese. Top with remaining bread slices, buttered-side up.
Heat 12-inch skillet or griddle over medium heat. Place 2 sandwiches into skillet. Cook, turning once, 4-6 minutes or until golden brown and cheese is melted. Repeat with remaining sandwiches.

It doesn't say to use 3 slices of bread, it says to use 2 slices of bread and 3 slices of cheese! Reading a recipe correctly is 99% of the battle LOL! This is a great easy recipe but we are concerned by the sodium levels. Any way to reduce these???
