Ingredients

Sandwich

English muffins, split
1/2 cup
chutney
1/2 pound
thinly sliced deli ham
8 (1-ounce) slices
Land O Lakes® Deli American, cut in half diagonally

Garnish

Chutney, if desired
Sliced green onion, if desired

Directions

  1. Toast muffin halves. Place on baking sheet. Spread each muffin half with 1 tablespoon chutney. Layer each half with 1/8 ham and 2 triangles cheese.
  2. Heat broiler. Broil 5 to 6 inches from heat until cheese is melted (1 to 2 minutes). Garnish with additional chutney and sliced green onion, if desired.
