Ingredients

1 cup Land O Lakes® Fat Free Half & Half

1 (1.25-ounce) packet Land O Lakes® Cocoa Classics® Hot Cocoa Mix, such as Supreme Chocolate

2 ounces milk chocolate, broken into pieces

2 ounces bittersweet chocolate, broken into pieces

2 cups ice cubes

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Heat half & half in 1-quart saucepan over medium-low heat 1-2 minutes or until bubbles just begin to form around edges and mixture is heated through. Remove from heat; whisk in cocoa mix until well mixed. Add milk chocolate and bittersweet chocolate; stir until smooth and well mixed. 

  2. STEP 2

    Refrigerate mixture 15 minutes.

  3. STEP 3

    Pour chocolate mixture into 5-cup blender container; add ice. Cover; blend on high speed, pulsing if necessary to break up ice, 30 seconds or until well blended.

Tip #1

If necessary, crush ice prior to putting in blender for easier mixing. 

Tip #2

One 1.25-ounce packet of Land O Lakes® Cocoa Classics® Hot Cocoa Mix contains 1/4 cup cocoa mix.
