Ingredients

Potato Mixture

3 (3/4-ounce) slices Land O Lakes® Deli American, chopped

1 (24-ounce) package refrigerated prepared mashed potatoes

1 large Land O Lakes® Egg

Beef Mixture

1 pound lean ground beef

1 small (1/2 cup) onion, chopped

1 (14.75-ounce) can cream-style corn

1 (1-ounce) package taco seasoning mix

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Heat oven to 375°F.

  2. STEP 2

    Combine cheese, mashed potatoes and egg in bowl; mix well. Set aside.

  3. STEP 3

    Cook ground beef and onion in 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, 4-5 minutes or until beef is browned. Drain off fat. Stir in corn and taco seasoning. Spoon hot beef mixture into ungreased 8-inch square baking pan; top with potato mixture.

  4. STEP 4

    Bake 30-35 minutes or until heated through.

Tip #1

To lower sodium in this recipe, substitute reduce-sodium taco seasoning mix.
