Ingredients

3 tablespoons
Land O Lakes® Butter
1 (20-ounce) package
refrigerated potato wedges
1 (16-ounce) package
frozen pepper stir-fry
12 ounces
top sirloin steak, thinly sliced across grain
1/4 teaspoon
salt
1/4 teaspoon
pepper
1/2 cup
Italian vinaigrette dressing

Directions

  1. Melt butter in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add potatoes; cook, stirring occasionally, 10-12 minutes or until potatoes are lightly browned.
  2. Add pepper stir-fry; continue cooking, stirring constantly, 3-4 minutes or until heated through. Add sirloin pieces, salt and pepper; continue cooking, stirring constantly, 5-6 minutes or until beef is no longer pink. Add dressing; toss to coat. Continue cooking 2-3 minutes or until heated through.
