Strawberry Basil Salad with Sweet Croutons

2 tablespoons Land O Lakes® Butter, melted
2 (3/4-inch thick) slices (2 cups) sweet Hawaiian bread, cut into cubes
Salad
1 (5- to 6-ounce) package baby greens or spring greens

4 cup sliced green onions1
4 cup thinly sliced fresh basil2 cups halved or quartered strawberries
1
2 cup balsamic vinaigrette1
2 cup sliced almondsHow to make

STEP 1
Heat oven to 325°F.

Place melted butter in bowl. Add bread cubes; toss to coat. Spread bread mixture onto ungreased 15x10x1-inch baking pan. Bake, stirring occasionally, 14-18 minutes or until deep golden brown. Cool completely.

Combine greens, green onions and basil in bowl. Add strawberries and vinaigrette; toss to combine. Top with sliced almonds and croutons; serve immediately.
Tip #1
Strawberries vary in size. Cut strawberries into halves or quarters so they are easier to eat.
