Ingredients

2 tablespoons
Vegetable oil
2 cups
Onion, chopped
2 tablespoons
Garlic, minced
1 1/2 quarts
Land O Lakes® Alfredo Sauce
1 quart
Water
1 (#10) can
Navy beans, rinsed, drained
1 1/2 pounds
Cooked chicken, cubed
12 ounces
Canned diced green chiles
4 teaspoons
Cumin
4 teaspoons
Oregano
1 1/2 teaspoons
Cayenne pepper
Optional
Light sour cream
Optional
Tomato, diced
Optional
Green onion or parsley, chopped

Directions

  1. In stockpot heat oil.  Sauté onion and garlic until tender.  Add remaining ingredients except sour cream, tomato and green onion.  Cook over low heat, stirring frequently, until hot and reaches 165°F.
  2. If desired, serve with dollop of sour cream, diced tomato and green onion or parsley.
