Pumpkin Spice Cream Sauce with Rigatoni

8 ounces (3 cups) uncooked dried rigatoni pasta

2 tablespoons Land O Lakes® Pumpkin Pie Spice Butter Spread

1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh garlic

1/2 cup Land O Lakes® Heavy Whipping Cream

1/2 cup chicken broth

1/2 cup canned pumpkin

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper (cayenne)


Chopped fresh sage leaves

Pecans, toasted, chopped

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Cook pasta according to package. Drain; keep warm.

  2. STEP 2

    Melt Pumpkin Pie Spice Butter Spread in 10-inch skillet over medium heat until sizzling. Add garlic; cook 1 minute. Whisk in whipping cream, chicken broth, pumpkin, salt and cayenne until well combined. Cook until heated through. 

  3. STEP 3

    Pour over pasta; gently toss to coat. Garnish with chopped sage leaves and pecans.
