8 ounces (2 cups) Land O Lakes® Sharp Cheddar Farmstyle Cut Shredded Cheese

1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1 (4-ounce) jar (1/3 cup) diced pimientos, drained

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1 jalapeño chile pepper, seeded, minced, if desired

1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper (cayenne)

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon onion powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon pepper

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Place all ingredients in large bowl of stand mixer. Using paddle attachment, mix until thoroughly combined. Serve with crackers.

  2. STEP 2

    Store in airtight container in refrigerator up to 1 week.  

Tip #1

Include the jalapeño seeds to make this dip spicier.
