Ingredients
4 ounces (1 cup) Land O Lakes® Co-Jack® Cheese Chunk, shredded
2 ounces (12 cup) Land O Lakes® Sharp Yellow Cheddar Cheese Chunk, shredded
2 ounces cream cheese, softened
12 cup chopped cooked bacon
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
13 cup thinly sliced green onions
Pinch ground red pepper (cayenne)
4 (1-ounce) slices sourdough bread
2 tablespoons Land O Lakes® Butter with Olive Oil & Sea Salt
4 teaspoons Dijon mustard
How to make

STEP 1
Combine shredded cheeses, cream cheese, bacon, mayonnaise, green onions and cayenne in medium bowl. Mix until well combined.

Spread one side of each slice bread with 1/2 tablespoon Butter with Olive Oil & Sea Salt. Place 4 slices bread, buttered-side down, onto parchment paper. Spread 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard over unbuttered side of each slice.

Top 2 slices bread with half of cheese mixture each, spreading evenly to edges.

Place cheese-topped slices bread, buttered-side down, into cold skillet. Cover skillet. Cook over medium-low heat 9-11 minutes or until bread is golden brown.

Top each sandwich with remaining slices bread, buttered-side up. Flip sandwiches. Cover skillet; continue cooking 2-4 minutes or until bread is toasted and cheese is hot and melted. Cut sandwiches in half. Serve hot.
