Turkey Charcuterie Board

Ingredients
1 recipe (2 cups) Pumpkin Pie Spice Seasoned Cheese Cubes
1 recipe (2 cups) Thanksgiving Stuffing Seasoned Cheese Cubes
1 ripe pear
1 cup cold water
1 tablespoon lemon juice
4 ounces prosciutto, sliced in half, rolled into tube shapes
4 ounces Italian salami
4 ounces Land O Lakes® Co-Jack® Cheese Chunk, sliced 1/4 inch thick, cut on bias into triangles
3 ounces Land O Lakes® Extra Sharp White Cheddar Cheese Cracker Cuts
20 ounces green and red grapes
5 ounces dried apricots
2 ounces pitted dates
Assorted crackers, as desired
Hot honey, as desired
1 ounce pecan halves
How to make

STEP 1
Prepare seasoned cheese cubes according to recipes.

STEP 2
Cut pear in half; soak briefly in cold water mixed with lemon juice to prevent browning. Slice remaining pear half into 1/4-inch slices; soak in lemon water.

STEP 3
Place unsliced pear half at base of board. Arrange meat, cheeses and fruit around in arched shape to mimic the turkey tail. Create “face” for turkey using bits of apricot and date. Drizzle prosciutto, pear and cheese portion of arc with hot honey, as desired. Serve with crackers.
