8 teaspoons Land O Lakes® Butter, softened
8 teaspoons apricot preserves or orange marmalade
8 (1-ounce) slices Canadian bacon or ham
4 (3/4-ounce) slices Land O Lakes® Deli American
1 small apple, cored, cut into 4 (1/4-inch) rings
*Substitute sandwich thins.
Spread each muffin half with 1 teaspoon butter and 1 teaspoon preserves. Top bottom half with 2 slices Canadian bacon, 1 slice cheese and 1 apple ring. Place remaining muffin half on top.
Sandwich thins may be substituted for English muffins.
