12 dollar-size buns or mini sandwich buns
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup spicy brown mustard
Red or white thin onion slices
6 (3/4-ounce) slices Land O Lakes® Provolone Cheese, quartered
1 pound thinly sliced deli ham, turkey and/or roast beef
Cherry tomatoes, olives, pickles, bean sprouts, carrots, peppers, red onion, etc.
Split each bun horizontally. Combine mayonnaise and mustard in bowl; spread each cut-side of bun with 1 teaspoon mayonnaise mixture.
Layer each bottom bun with lettuce leaf, tomato slice, onion slice and 1/4 slice cheese. Evenly top with sliced meat and another 1/4 slice cheese. Cover with top half of bun.
Create monster or funny faces on top of each sandwich as desired.
