Ingredients

guacamole

hoagie buns or sandwich buns, split
8 (3/4-ounce) slices
Land O Lakes® Deli American, cut in half diagonally

thin slices cucumber

thin red bell pepper rings

thin slices tomato
Coarse ground pepper

Directions

  1. Spread guacamole on cut-sides of buns.
  2. Layer bottom half of each bun with 2 cheese triangles, 4 slices cucumber, 2 bell pepper rings, 2 cheese triangles and 2 slices tomato; sprinkle with pepper. Top each with remaining bun half. Secure with toothpick.
