8 bake at home dinner rolls
1 pound ground beef, cooked, drained, crumbled
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped dill pickles
10 (3/4-ounce) slices Land O Lakes® Deli American chopped
2 tablespoons ketchup
2 teaspoons yellow mustard
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
Sesame seeds, if desired
Chopped tomatoes, if desired
Shredded lettuce, if desired
*Substitute 1/4 cup dill pickle relish.
Heat oven to 350°F.
Cut rolls, using serrated knife, in grid pattern, spacing about 3/4-inch between rows. Do not cut through bottom crust. Set aside.
Combine all remaining ingredients in medium bowl; mix well. Spoon filling mixture into cut areas of bread. Wrap each loosely in foil. Place onto ungreased baking sheet. Bake 15 minutes. Pull back foil; continue baking 5 minutes or until loaf is golden brown and cheese is melted.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds, tomatoes, and lettuce, if desired. Serve immediately with additional ketchup and mustard.
