Sarah is a Minneapolis native, surrounded by lakes and trees and a never-ending winter. A self-taught baker, Sarah has worked at various coffeehouse-bakeries in Minneapolis and also in Winona, MN. After her two children were born, she made the decision to be a ‘home’ baker. She enjoyed this period of cooking and baking the most. After years of figuring things out, experimenting and repeated efforts, Sarah became comfortable in the kitchen, finding it calming and bringing her so much joy.
