2 cups milk

1/4 cup Land O Lakes® Cinnamon Sugar Butter Spread, melted

1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh ginger root

1/4 teaspoon salt

2 cups uncooked old-fashioned oats

1 cup diced fresh mango

2 tablespoons coarsely chopped macadamia nuts, toasted

2 tablespoons unsweetened coconut flakes, toasted

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Whisk together milk, melted Cinnamon Sugar Butter Spread, ginger root and salt in bowl.

  2. STEP 2

    Divide oats, mango and milk mixture evenly among 4 pint jars; stir each to combine. Cover; refrigerate 5 hours or overnight.

  3. STEP 3

    To serve, top each with chopped macadamia nuts and coconut.

  4. STEP 4

    Store refrigerated up to 4 days.
