Ingredients
14 cup plus 3 tablespoons Land O Lakes® Butter with Canola Oil, divided
2 tablespoons white miso paste
6 slices sourdough bread
34 cup (3 ounces) Land O Lakes® Sharp Cheddar Farmstyle Cut Shredded Cheese
How to make

STEP 1
Combine 1/4 cup Butter with Canola Oil and miso in small bowl. Set aside.

Spread one side of each slice bread with 1/2 tablespoon Butter with Canola Oil.

STEP 3
Spread 1 tablespoon miso butter on opposite side of 3 slices bread. Place buttered-side up into 12-inch skillet or griddle. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup cheese. Top with remaining slices bread, buttered-side up.

Heat skillet or griddle over medium heat. Cook sandwiches, turning once, 4-6 minutes or until golden brown and cheese is melted.
