Miso Butter Grilled Cheese

1/4 cup Land O Lakes® Butter with Canola Oil

2 tablespoons white miso


6 slices sourdough bread

3 tablespoons Land O Lakes® Butter with Canola Oil

3/4 cup (3 ounces) Land O Lakes® Sharp Cheddar Farmstyle Cut Shredded Cheese

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Combine 1/4 cup Butter with Canola Oil and miso in small bowl. Set aside.

  2. STEP 2

    Spread 1 side of each bread slice with 1/2 tablespoon Butter with Canola Oil.

  3. STEP 3

    Spread 1 tablespoon miso butter on opposite side of 3 slices bread. Place miso buttered-side up into 12-inch skillet or griddle. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup cheese. Top with remaining bread slices, buttered-side up.

  4. STEP 4

    Heat skillet or griddle over medium heat. Cook, turning once, 4-6 minutes or until golden brown and cheese is melted.
