Ingredients

3 cups oven toasted chocolate cereal squares

3 cups peanut butter puff cereal

2 cups peanut butter-filled pretzels

1 cup dry-roasted peanuts

1/2 cup Land O Lakes® Butter

3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar

3 tablespoons corn syrup

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

1/2 cup peanut butter-flavored baking chips

1 teaspoon vegetable oil

1 cup candy-coated peanut butter pieces

How to make

  1. STEP 1

Heat oven to 350°F. Line 2 sheet pans with aluminum foil.

  2. STEP 2

Combine cereals, pretzels and peanuts in bowl. Set aside.

  3. STEP 3

Combine butter, brown sugar and corn syrup in heavy bottomed 2-quart saucepan; bring to a full boil over medium heat. Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla and baking soda. Pour over cereal mixture in bowl; stir to combine. Divide snack mix evenly between prepared sheet pans.

  4. STEP 4

Bake 10 minutes, stirring halfway through. Remove from oven; cool 5 minutes.

  5. STEP 5

Meanwhile, place chocolate chips and peanut butter chips into separate microwave-safe bowls. Add 1/2 teaspoon vegetable oil to each. Microwave in 15-second intervals, stirring after each, until chips are melted.

  6. STEP 6

Scatter candy pieces over cereal mixture on baking sheet; drizzle with melted chips. Let cool before breaking into bite-sized pieces.

  7. STEP 7

Store in container with tight-fitting lid up to 1 week.
