Ingredients

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup sliced green onions

12 Hawaiian sweet rolls

8 ounces thinly sliced deli roast beef

6 (3/4-ounce) slices Land O Lakes® Provolone Cheese

4 ounces (1 cup) Land O Lakes® Mozzarella Farmstyle Cut Shredded Cheese

1/4 cup Land O Lakes® Every Little Thing Butter Spread, melted

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Heat oven to 375°F. Spray bottom of baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.

  2. STEP 2

    Combine mayonnaise and green onions in small bowl; stir to combine. Slice rolls in half horizontally. Place bottom halves of rolls into prepared baking dish; spread evenly with mayonnaise mixture. Arrange roast beef evenly over bottoms of rolls. Top evenly with provolone, then mozzarella. Place top halves of rolls over cheese mixture. Use pastry brush to spread melted Every Little Thing Butter Spread over tops of rolls.

  3. STEP 3

    Cover rolls with parchment paper, then with aluminum foil. Bake 25-28 minutes or until cheese is melted. Uncover; continue baking 3-5 minutes or until tops are deep golden brown. Serve warm.
