Ingredients

1 (12-ounce) can refrigerated biscuit dough (10 biscuits)

1 (8-ounce) package (2 cups) Land O Lakes® Co-Jack® Cheese Chunk, shredded

1 1/2 cups marinara sauce

1 cup cooked Italian sausage

1/2 cup sliced green bell pepper

1/2 cup sliced fresh mushrooms

2 tablespoons sliced ripe olives, drained

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Heat oven to 400°F. Brush 10-inch cast iron skillet lightly with vegetable oil.

  2. STEP 2

    Cover bottom of skillet with uncooked biscuits, pressing gently to spread biscuits to touch (some gaps are ok).

  3. STEP 3

    Bake 14 minutes or until biscuits are fully baked and light golden brown. Sprinkle 1 cup cheese over baked biscuits. Combine marinara sauce and sausage; spread evenly over cheese layer. Top with bell pepper, mushrooms, olives and remaining cheese.

  4. STEP 4

    Bake 20 minutes or until sauce is bubbling around edge of pan and cheese is melted. Cool 5 minutes before serving.
