Buffalo Spread

1 (8-ounce) package (2 cups) Land O Lakes® Sharp Yellow Cheddar Cheese Chunk, shredded

1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup finely diced celery

1/2 cup finely diced cooked chicken

1/4 cup Buffalo wings hot sauce

1/4 cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons ranch seasoning mix

Tortilla

6 (8-inch) flour tortillas

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Combine all buffalo spread ingredients in large bowl of stand mixer. Using paddle attachment, mix until thoroughly combined.

  2. STEP 2

    Spread 1/2 cup buffalo spread evenly over 1 tortilla; roll up tightly. Wrap securely in plastic wrap. Repeat with remaining spread and tortillas. Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm.

  3. STEP 3

    Just before serving, trim about 1/2 inch off each end; slice each roll into 6 pieces for 36 pinwheels total.

Tip #1

To make ahead, prep through step 2 up to three days ahead. Just before serving, slice into pinwheels.
