Ingredients
Ramen
1 (3-ounce) package instant ramen noodles, chicken flavor
14 cup milk
2 tablespoons Land O Lakes® Butter with Olive Oil & Sea Salt
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 slice Land O Lakes® Yellow Deli American, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
Garnish
1 slice Land O Lakes® Yellow Deli American, if desired
1 large Land O Lakes® Egg, fried, if desired
1 tablespoon green onion, sliced
Chili crisp, as desired
How to make

STEP 1
Combine ramen noodles, seasoning packet and water to cover in small saucepan; cook over high heat 3 minutes or until noodles are tender. Drain; set aside.

STEP 2
Combine milk, Butter with Olive Oil & Sea Salt and soy sauce in same saucepan. Cook over high heat 1 1/2 minutes or until milk is simmering and butter is melted.

STEP 3
Add noodles and diced cheese to milk mixture. Stir briskly until noodles are coated and cheese is melted. Spoon into serving bowl. Top with cheese slice and fried egg, if desired. Garnish with green onion and chili crisp as desired.
