2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 teaspoons kosher salt
12 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons Cowboy Butter, melted

STEP 1
Heat oven to 425°F. Line 2 large rimmed baking sheets with foil; spray with nonstick cooking spray. Set aside.
-
STEP 2
Cut potatoes into 1/4-inch matchsticks; place into bowl of water. Let stand 5 minutes. Drain potatoes thoroughly; pat dry.
-
STEP 3
Toss potatoes with oil, salt and pepper. Divide potatoes between prepared baking sheets. Bake 20 minutes. Turn potatoes; continue baking 15 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.

STEP 4
Drizzle 1 tablespoon melted Cowboy Butter over each pan; toss to coat. Return to oven 5 minutes. Taste; season with additional salt and pepper, if desired.
Tip #1
This is a great side dish for our Steak Salad with Cowboy Ranch Dressing. Use the extra salad dressing to dip these fries.
Tip #2
Using two baking sheets gives the fries enough room to brown and crisp instead of steam.
