Broccoli Cheese Pull-Apart Wreath

Ingredients

1 (16.3-ounce) can refrigerated large biscuits, each biscuit cut into quarters

2 tablespoons Land O Lakes® Garlic & Herb Butter Spread, melted

12 ounces (6 cups) broccoli florets, cut into 1-inch pieces

1 (8-ounce) package (2 cups) Land O Lakes® Creamy Italian Blend Cheese Chunk, shredded

4 ounces cream cheese

1/2 cup sour cream

1/4 cup sliced green onions

2 tablespoons ranch seasoning mix

1 tablespoon diced pimientos, for garnish, if desired

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Heat oven to 375°F. Line large baking sheet with parchment paper; set aside.

  2. STEP 2

    Form biscuit quarters into 10-inch wreath-shaped ring, overlapping biscuits to create 2-inch-wide base. Brush with melted Garlic & Herb Butter Spread. Set aside.

  3. STEP 3

    Meanwhile, place broccoli into large microwave-safe bowl; cover with damp paper towel. Microwave on HIGH (100%) power 2 minutes. Add 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, green onions and ranch seasoning; stir to combine. Spoon dip evenly over prepared biscuits. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup shredded cheese. Garnish with diced pimientos, if desired.

  4. STEP 4

    Bake 21-25 minutes or until outside edges of biscuits are deep golden, biscuits are fully baked and dip is at least 165°F. Cool 5 minutes. Serve warm.
