(1/4 cup)
LAND O LAKES® Cinnamon Sugar or
LAND O LAKES® Honey Butter Spread
(1 small (1/2 cup))
Yellow onion, thinly sliced
(1 medium (1 cup))
Red bell pepper, cut into strips
Chicken breast, boneless, skinless, cut 1 pound
into 1-inch pieces
(1 teaspoon)
Fresh garlic, finely chopped
(1/2 teaspoon)
(1/8 teaspoon)
Ground red pepper
(1/4 cup)
Orange juice
(1/4 cup)
(1/4 cup)
Fresh cilantro, chopped
Cooked rice or


  1. Melt Cinnamon Sugar Butter Spread in skillet until sizzling; add onion and redpepper. Sauté until onion and bell pepper are slightly cooked.
  2. Add chicken, garlic, salt and red pepper. Sauté, stirring occasionally, until chickenis browned and no longer pink. Add orange juice and raisins. Cook, stirringoccasionally, until heated through. Stir in cilantro.
  3. Serve immediately over cooked rice or couscous, if desired.

My husband and I loved this recipe. I made it exactly as described except I used boneless skinless thighs. The chicken was very moist! I will definitely make this again. It was good enough to serve company!
