Couscous, uncooked
(1/4 cup)
LAND O LAKES® Cinnamon
Sugar Butter Spread or
LAND O LAKES® Honey Butter
(1/4 teaspoon)
(1 1/2 cups)
Boiling water
(1/2 cup)
Dried apricots, chopped
(1/2 cup)
Pecans, coarsely chopped
(1/4 cup)
Fresh parsley, finely chopped
(if desired)
Parsley sprig


  1. Place couscous, Cinnamon Sugar Butter Spread and salt in bowl; add boilingwater. Cover bowl; let stand 5 minutes. Fluff mixture with fork.
  2. Add apricots, pecans and parsley. Toss gently until well mixed. Garnish withfresh parsley sprig, if desired. Serve warm, at room temperature or chilled.
