(2 ounces )
Ripe olives, chopped
(3 ounces )
Green olives, stuffed, chopped
(2 tablespoons )
Fresh parsley, chopped
(1 (10-inch) round )
Focaccia bread, split
(4 leaves )
Leaf lettuce
(8 (1-ounce) slices )
LAND O LAKES® Provolone Cheese
(3/4 pound )
Deli roast beef, thinly sliced


  1. Stir together cream cheese, ripe olives, green olives and parsley in medium bowl.
  2. Spread half of cream cheese mixture on cut-sides of each focaccia half. Layerlettuce, half of cheese, beef and remaining cheese on bottom half of focaccia.
  3. Top with remaining focaccia half.
  4. To serve, cut into wedges.
