Ingredients

Cookie

1/4 cup Land O Lakes® Butter

1 (11.5-ounce ) package (2 cups ) milk chocolate chips  

1 (14-ounce ) can sweetened condensed milk

2 cups all-purpose flour

Glaze

1 cup powdered sugar

1/2 teaspoon vanilla

2 to 4 teaspoons milk or water

 

 *Substitute real semi-sweet chocolate chips.                

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Heat oven to 350°F.

  2. STEP 2

    Melt butter and chocolate chips in 2-quart saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly, 5-10 minutes or until smooth. Remove from heat. Add condensed milk; stir until smooth. Add flour; mix well.

  3. STEP 3

    Shape rounded teaspoonfuls of dough into 1-inch balls. Place 1 inch apart onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 6-8 minutes or just until set. (Do not overbake.) Cookies may appear slightly under baked. Cool completely.

  4. STEP 4

    Combine powdered sugar and vanilla in bowl. Gradually stir in enough milk for desired glazing consistency. Drizzle over cookies.

These cookies looked good, but the tasted nasty. Kinda chewey with little flavor. I would not waste the time and money making them again.

We loved this! I added about a teaspoon of vanilla and used the dark chocolate chips. Very easy and very delicious!
