Ingredients

1 cup orange juice

1 (32-ounce bottle) apple juice, chilled

1 (12-ounce) can frozen cranberry cocktail concentrate

1 1/2 quarts (6 cups) ginger ale, chilled

1 red apple, uncored, thinly sliced

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Combine orange juice, apple juice and cranberry juice concentrate in large punch bowl; stir to dissolve.

  2. STEP 2

    At serving time, add ginger ale; float apple slices on top.

Great summertime punch to get the kids away from colas. I put it in the freezer, until it is slightly frozen and the kids like eating it as a cool summer treat.
