11 slices (3/4-ounce) Land O Lakes® Sharp Cheddar American Blend, chopped
1/3 cup raisins, coarsely chopped
1/4 cup sour cream
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh garlic
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 large orange bell pepper, very thinly sliced
8 (10-inch) spinach, sun-dried tomato and/or whole wheat flour tortillas
*Substitute golden raisins.
**Substitute yellow bell pepper.
Combine all filling ingredients except bell pepper in bowl. Beat at medium speed until creamy.
Spread about 1/4 cup filling onto each tortilla. Divide pepper slices evenly over filling.
Roll up each tortilla tightly; wrap each in plastic food wrap. Refrigerate at least 2 hours.
Unwrap tortillas; trim ends. Cut each into 8 (1-inch) slices.
