6 cups broccoli coleslaw mix
2 cups fresh spinach leaves, washed, cut into thin strips
1 cup thinly sliced green onions
1 cup red bell pepper strips
1 cup honey mustard dressing
Combine all salad ingredients in bowl.
Cover; refrigerate at least 15 minutes but no longer than 1 hour. Add salad dressing; toss to coat.
- Prepare the salad as directed above except do not toss with dressing. Add dressing about 15 minutes prior to serving time; toss lightly to coat.
- This salad can be cut in half for 6 servings.
