Ingredients

8 (10-inch) flour tortillas

1/2 cup barbecue sauce

2 cups shredded Monterey jack cheese

1 1/2 cups chopped cooked chicken

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Spread 4 tortillas each with 2 tablespoons barbecue sauce. Layer with 1/4 cup cheese,1/chicken and 1/4 cup cheese.

  2. STEP 2

    Place 1 layered tortilla into 12-inch skillet. Top with second tortilla.

  3. STEP 3

    Cook over medium heat, turning once, 2-3 minutes or until cheese is melted. Repeat with remaining quesadillas. Cut each into wedges.
