Ingredients

Spread

1/2 cup
chopped celery
1/2 cup
chopped sweetened dried cranberries, dried cherries or raisins
1/3 cup
mayonnaise
1 tablespoon
Dijon-style mustard

Sandwich

bagels, split
1/2 pound
thinly sliced deli turkey breast
4 (3/4-ounce) slices
Land O Lakes® Deli American

leaf lettuce leaves

Directions

  1. Stir together all spread ingredients in bowl. Cover; refrigerate at least 1 hour.
  2. Divide spread among bagel halves. Layer each bottom half of bagel, spread-side upwith 1/4 turkey, 1 slice cheese, 1 lettuce leaf and top half of bagel, spread-side down.
