Everyone will love this special bar made with marshmallows, peanuts, chocolate and Land O Lakes® Margarine.
1 cup all-purpose flour
3/4 cup uncooked quick-cooking oats
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup Land O Lakes® Margarine softened
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup chopped salted peanuts
1/2 cup caramel ice cream topping
1/2 cup chopped salted peanuts
1 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows
3/4 cup milk chocolate chips
Heat oven to 350°F. Grease 8- or 9-inch square baking pan; set aside.
Combine all crust ingredients except peanuts in bowl. Beat at low speed, scraping bowl often, until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in 1/4 cup peanuts. Reserve 3/4 cup crumb mixture.
Press remaining crumb mixture onto bottom of prepared baking pan. Bake 15 minutes or until edges are lightly browned.
Place ice cream topping in bowl. Microwave 1 minute or until warm.
Drizzle topping over hot, partially baked crust. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup peanuts, marshmallows and chocolate chips. Sprinkle with reserved crumb mixture. Continue baking 15-20 minutes or until marshmallows are lightly browned. Cool completely.

My son and I love this recipe. It is soooooooooooo good.
The flavors of this recipe are amazing together. I had difficulty getting a good texture. It didn't set as a bar as well as I would have liked. And the caramel made it delicious, but I think a little too gooey/sticky and difficult to cut. However, as I said, the flavors are great and I have my second shot at this recipe cooling as we speak.
