Ingredients

Salad

broccoli florets, coarsely chopped
1/2 cup
raisins
1/2 cup
roasted salted peanuts
1/2 cup
finely chopped red onion
4 ounces
Cheddar cheese, cut into 1/2-inch cubes

Dressing

1/2 cup
mayonnaise
2 tablespoons
sugar
2 tablespoons
red wine vinegar

Directions

  1. Place all salad ingredients in large bowl; toss to combine.
  2. Combine all dressing ingredients in bowl. Pour over salad; toss to coat. Serve immediately or refrigerate until serving time.
