Ingredients

4 croissants, cut in half lengthwise

1/4 cup horseradish sauce

4 lettuce leaves

8 (1-ounce) slices deli roast beef

8 (3/4-ounce) slices Land O Lakes® Deli American

1 (1/4-inch) slices red onion, separated into 12 rings

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Spread each half of croissant with 1 1/2 teaspoons horseradish sauce.

  2. STEP 2

    Layer bottom half of each croissant with lettuce leaf, 2 slices roast beef, 2 slices cheese, onion rings and top half of croissant. Secure with toothpick.
