Ingredients

1 teaspoon
Land O Lakes® Butter
1
large Land O Lakes® Egg, beaten
2 slices
crisply cooked bacon, cut in half
1 (3/4-ounce) slice
Land O Lakes® Deli American
1
whole wheat bagel, toasted, buttered

Directions

  1. Melt butter in 8-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat until sizzling. Pour egg into skillet. Cook 30 seconds; lift edge of egg with spatula to allow uncooked portion to flow underneath 2-3 minutes or until egg is set. Fold egg to fit bagel.
  2. Place bacon onto bottom half of bagel. Top withcheese slice, cooked egg and top half of bagel.

Recipe Tips

- Add tomato and lettuce to make a BLT egg sandwich.

- Add mayonnaise or mustard to make your sandwich extra zesty.

My grandkids LOVE these, we do however use English Muffins in lieu of toast. They're quick and lots of fun to make, not to mention tasty!!
