1 (14-ounce) can chicken broth
1 (12-ounce) package frozen chopped broccoli
1 cup Land O Lakes® Fat Free Half & Half
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
8 (3/4-ounce) slices Land O Lakes® Deli American, quartered
Place chicken broth and broccoli in 2-quart saucepan. Cook over medium-high heat 8-10 minutes or until mixture comes to a boil. Reduce heat to medium. Cook 4-6 minutes or until broccoli is tender.
Stir together half & half and flour in bowl until smooth. Slowly add flour mixture to soup, stirring constantly. Continue cooking, stirring occasionally, 2-3 minutes or until mixture comes to a full boil. Boil 1 minute. Reduce heat to low. Stir in cheese until melted.

seriously so good, I made it two days in a row because it was just so good and moreish. My new favourite soup. I used a mild chedder cheese and a slice of american cheese, used onion salt instead of regular.
