Ingredients

2 cups sour cream

8 slices crisply cooked bacon, crumbled

1 medium (1 cup) tomato, chopped

1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

 

Chips, crackers or cut-up fresh vegetables

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Combine all ingredients except chips, crackers or cut-up fresh vegetables in bowl; mix well. Cover; refrigerate at least 2 hours to blend flavors.

  2. STEP 2

    Serve dip with chips, crackers or cut-up fresh vegetables.

Good dip!, I would suggest that you replace the bacon by iberico ham, aka pata negra or jamon iberico, significantly lowering the fat content of this great dip. Thank you for an interesting suggestion,
