Ingredients

Brownie

1 (9.5-ounce) package traditional brownie mix

3 large Land O Lakes® Eggs

1/2 cup Land O Lakes® Butter, melted

1/4 cup water

Topping

1 cup strawberry ice cream topping

1 quart (4 cups) vanilla ice cream, slightly softened

2 bananas, sliced 1/4-inch

2 cups hot fudge ice cream topping, warmed

1 quart (4 cups) strawberry ice cream, slightly softened

1 (8-ounce) can crushed pineapple, well-drained

 

Land O Lakes® Heavy Whipping Cream, whipped, if desired

Chopped pecans, if desired

Maraschino cherries with stems, if desired

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Combine all brownie ingredients in bowl; mix well. Bake as directed on brownie package, using 13x9-inch baking pan. Cool completely.

  2. STEP 2

    Drizzle strawberry topping over top of cooled brownies. Top with softened vanilla ice cream, spreading until smooth; arrange bananas over ice cream. Drizzle with 1 cup hot fudge topping. Cover; freeze 6 hours or until firm.

  3. STEP 3

    Spread frozen dessert with strawberry ice cream; top with crushed pineapple. Cover; freeze 6 hours or overnight until firm.

  4. STEP 4

    Drizzle with remaining hot fudge topping. Garnish each serving with whipped cream, pecans and maraschino cherry, if desired.
