Ingredients

1 cup
cooked bulgur
1/2 cup
chili sauce
1/4 cup
chopped green bell pepper
1 small (1/2 cup)
onion, finely chopped
1 pound
lean ground beef
1
large Land O Lakes® Egg
1/2 teaspoon
salt
1/4 teaspoon
pepper

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350°F.
  2. Combine bulgur, 1/4 cup chili sauce, green pepper, onion, ground beef, egg, salt and pepper in bowl. Pat meat mixture into ungreased 8x4-inch loaf pan. Bake 45-50 minutes or until no longer pink.
  3. Top with remaining chili sauce. Continue baking 7-10 minutes or until sauce is heated through. Remove from oven. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
