Kids will love this twist on quesadillas – ground beef and French fries tucked into a tortilla with cheese then grilled for a true burger flavor.
1 (4.75-ounce) package frozen microwaveable crinkle-cut fries
8 ounces lean ground beef
1/4 cup ketchup
4 (8-inch) flour tortillas
12 (3/4-ounce) slices Land O Lakes® Deli American cut in half
Heat gas grill on medium-high or charcoal grill until coals are ash white.
Prepare fries according to package directions.
Cook ground beef in 10-inch skillet until browned and cooked through; drain, if necessary. Stir in ketchup until well mixed.
Place 3 half slices cheese onto half of each quesadilla. Top each evenly with beef mixture, fries and 3 half slices cheese. Fold tortilla over filling.
Transfer quesadillas to grill. Grill, turning once, 5-7 minutes or until cheese is melted and quesadilla has grill marks.
Cut each into 4 wedges. Serve immediately.
