Learn How it Works...
1 (4.75-ounce) package frozen microwaveable crinkle-cut fries
8 ounces lean ground beef
1/4 cup ketchup
4 (8-inch) flour tortillas
12 (3/4-ounce) slices Land O Lakes® Deli American, cut in half
STEP 1
Heat gas grill on medium-high or charcoal grill until coals are ash white.
STEP 2
Prepare fries according to package directions.
STEP 3
Cook ground beef in 10-inch skillet until browned and cooked through; drain, if necessary. Stir in ketchup until well mixed.
STEP 4
Place 3 half slices cheese onto half of each quesadilla. Top each evenly with beef mixture, fries and 3 half slices cheese. Fold tortilla over filling.
STEP 5
Transfer quesadillas to grill. Grill, turning once, 5-7 minutes or until cheese is melted and quesadilla has grill marks.
STEP 6
Cut each into 4 wedges. Serve immediately.
