Ingredients

Cake

2 tablespoons Land O Lakes® Butter

1/4 cup all-purpose flour

2 tablespoons firmly packed brown sugar

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

1 large Land O Lakes® Egg (yolk only)

1 tablespoon milk

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 tablespoon fresh blueberries

Frosting

2 tablespoons powdered sugar

1/2 teaspoon water

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Place butter into large coffee mug; microwave 30-45 seconds or until melted. Add all remaining cake ingredients except blueberries; mix well with fork. Stir in blueberries.

  2. STEP 2

    Microwave 60-90 seconds or until cake pulls away from sides and top is dry. (Do not overcook.) Cool slightly.

  3. STEP 3

    Combine powdered sugar and water. Drizzle frosting over cake.
