Ingredients

Cake

2 tablespoons
Land O Lakes® Butter
1/4 cup
all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons
firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon
ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon
baking powder
1/4 teaspoon
ground nutmeg
1
large Land O Lakes® Egg (yolk only)
1 tablespoon
milk
1 teaspoon
vanilla
1 tablespoon
fresh blueberries

Frosting

2 tablespoons
powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon
water

Directions

  1. Place butter into large coffee mug; microwave 30-45 seconds or until melted. Add all remaining cake ingredients except blueberries; mix well with fork. Stir in blueberries.
  2. Microwave 60-90 seconds or until cake pulls away from sides and top is dry. (Do not overcook.) Cool slightly.
  3. Combine powdered sugar and water. Drizzle frosting over cake.

Recipe Tips

Coffee mug should be at least 12 ounces.
