Ingredients

2 tablespoons Land O Lakes® Butter
1
4 cup finely chopped celery2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
1
2 cup sour cream1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1
2 cup spicy tomato cocktail juice2 tablespoons tomato paste
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Dippers
Crackers, if desired
Celery sticks, if desired
Carrot sticks, if desired
Beef sticks, if desired
How to make

STEP 1
Melt butter in 10-inch skillet over medium heat until sizzling. Add celery and onion; cook 3-5 minutes or until softened. Cool 15 minutes.

STEP 2
Place sour cream and cream cheese in bowl; beat at medium speed until creamy. Add cocktail juice and tomato paste; beat at low speed until well mixed. Add cooked vegetables and all remaining dip ingredients. Beat until well mixed. Cover; refrigerate at least 1 hour.

Serve with crackers, celery sticks, carrots sticks and beef sticks, as desired.
