1 large Land O Lakes® Egg
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons lemon extract
1 teaspoon freshly grated orange zest

Cut logs in half lengthwise with sharp knife. Roll 2 halves in yellow sugar and 2 halves in orange sugar. Cut into 1/4-inch slices. Place 1 inch apart onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 7-10 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Cool completely.
